I’ve used this plumbing company a few times over the years and have always found them to be professional, reliable, and very reasonably priced. Recently, when I called, they were quite busy, so I tried another company instead. That company quoted $1,300 + GST for what was a very simple job. It didn’t sit right, so I rang the Gillies team back. When they came out, they completed the same job efficiently and charged just $288. That kind of honesty and fair pricing is hard to find. I’ll definitely be sticking with them in the future.
Exceptional Service. Great communication from start of query about supply and install of new Toilet suite (…). Gillies was able to get someone out (…) in around 2 hours - not like 3-4 weeks as quoted like other companies. Install went to plan and cost as quoted. He even cleaned up after himself. I will highly recommend Gillies for anyone who needs a plumber. Value for money considering the very quick turn around on the work.
